There are a few steps you need to follow in order to join VCWI:

1. Register at the VCWI website, a valid email address is required for confirmation;
2. You will receive a confirmation email after a successful online registration;
3. We will check whether your profile is qualified to join VCWI; if not, we will send you an email to explain the reasons, and your registration will be canceled.
4. If you are qualified, we will send you an acknowledging email. We require the VCWI members to donate a yearly contribution. Please transfer 15 euros to the following account. Please do not transfer your donation until you receive the acknowledging email.

5. After we have received your donation, your VCWI membership and your VCWI website account will be then activated.
